Welcome to FACET, a multi-profile digital identity platform operated by StableState LLC ("StableState," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use FACET, including the web application, mobile applications, NFC-enabled features, and any associated services.

FACET is a digital identity management platform that allows users to:

• Create and manage multiple professional profiles
• Share profile information via digital business cards
• Utilize NFC technology for seamless profile sharing
• Control which profile is active and shared at any given time
• Download contact information in standard vCard format

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

To use FACET, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

You agree not to use FACET to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Create profiles with false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Use automated means to access the service without permission
• Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to FACET ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing our services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

We do not endorse any User Content and are not responsible for its accuracy or legality.

FACET and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StableState LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The FACET name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of StableState LLC. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using FACET, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

FACET IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the service will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STABLESTATE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF FACET.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to FACET immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and all associated data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the application.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our service prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of FACET after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of the service.
